We will always expedite shipping out as many packages as we can. Please note that due to a high volume of orders and the time of order placement, some packages may ship 1-3 days after an order has been placed. Please understand that we are working as quickly as possible to send you your order.
Damage Due to Shipping
Upon receipt of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. If damages occurred during shipping, damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product to receive a refund or replacement. Please send a detailed description and photos of the damaged product to friends@starseedfuel.com.
